In 1976 is het onder architectuur tot een zeer grote gezins woning verbouwd. Sinds 1992 doet het dienst als VrouwenBuitenVerblijf, een pension voor vrouwen. Het huis ziet er prachtig uit en voldoet aan alle brandpreventieve eisen. Rondom het huis liggen drie tuinen met elk een eigen karakter: Een voor stilte, een ander voor wat gezellige drukte en dan is er een bloemen en plantentuin die zeker het bekijken waard is.
